You register on the operator’s DLT portal. Adrox stores your entity ID, 6-character headers and per-template DLT IDs, validates TRAI content rules and whitelisted URLs, and blocks any send that fails.

It depends on role and scope. CEOs see the whole organisation, Directors their department, Managers their team and Employees their own work — each further limited by the cities and projects assigned to them.
No. The log is append-only. Entries can be read, filtered and exported, but not edited or removed — by anyone, including admins.
You register on the operator’s DLT portal. Adrox stores your entity ID, headers and template IDs, validates every message against them, and blocks sends that would fail.
Run an erase from their profile. It is irreversible, removes their personal data and is recorded in the audit log. You can export their data first if they asked for a copy.
