Your keys, your tenant
You connect your own email, SMS and WhatsApp providers and your own ad and data accounts. Adrox stores the credentials in your tenant, encrypted, and uses them only for the work you configure.
Tokens and API keys are encrypted and never shown again after you save them.
Each brand or client tenant has its own connections. Nothing is shared across tenants.
Disconnect in Adrox or revoke access on the provider’s side. Work stops immediately.
Who connected, reconnected or removed a provider is in the append-only audit log.
For developers
Scoped API keys for your systems, signed webhooks for events, published API docs, and MCP access so AI agents you run can work with Adrox — inside the same permissions and audit log as everyone else.

How connecting works
From Settings, choose the tool. Ads, Google and CRM connectors use the provider’s own sign-in.
Approve the scopes on the provider’s screen, or paste your own API key for bring-your-own providers.
Link ad accounts and listings to projects, map CRM stages to conversions, set sync cadence.
Status, sync activity and conflicts stay visible. Alerts tell you when something needs a reconnect.

FAQ
You do. Credentials belong to your tenant, are stored encrypted, and can be disconnected in Adrox or revoked on the provider’s side at any time.
No. Adrox captures, scores, nurtures and attributes leads, then hands them to LeadSquared, HubSpot or Salesforce with click IDs. Your CRM keeps lead operations.
Yes. Connect MSG91, Gupshup, Twilio or Kaleyra for SMS; SMTP, Brevo, SendGrid, Amazon SES, Mailgun or Postmark for email; Meta Cloud API or a BSP for WhatsApp.
It shows Reconnect needed or Not working, with the reason. Sends that depend on it are held rather than dropped, and continue once you reconnect.
No. Rankings and backlink data come from Search Console, Semrush or DataForSEO — whichever you connect.
Yes, through MCP access with a scoped key. Agents see only what their role allows, and anything that changes data goes to the approvals queue.
