How DLT works with Adrox
DLT registration happens on your telecom operator’s portal — Adrox doesn’t replace that step. What Adrox does is keep your registered details on file and refuse to send anything that doesn’t match them. Tap a stage.
Add the entity ID, headers and template IDs to Adrox once. Each SMS template in Adrox is linked to its DLT template ID and the header it is registered under.

Spend tab
Promotional, service and transactional messages are priced differently, and long messages cost more than one segment. The Spend tab shows per-message cost by category, so the bill is never a surprise.

No. DLT registration happens on your telecom operator’s portal. Adrox stores the entity ID, headers and template IDs you registered and enforces them on every send.
It is blocked in Adrox and the reason is shown — wrong header, missing or unlinked template, content that doesn’t match, or a link that isn’t whitelisted. It never reaches the provider, so it can’t be silently dropped or billed.
Any character outside the GSM-7 set switches the whole message to Unicode, which fits 70 characters in one SMS and 67 per segment when split, instead of 160 and 153. Adrox shows the switch as you type.
MSG91, Gupshup, Twilio and Kaleyra. You connect your own account; your DLT registration stays the same.
The Content Writer can draft message text from your project facts, but every commercial SMS must still match a DLT-registered template, so drafts are fitted to your registered templates and approved before use.
